There are two major factors in our hesitancy to be on video:
• we don’t like watching ourselves or hearing ourselves
• we don’t know how to present ourselves to the greatest advantage
That said, in this day and age, avoiding video is nearly impossible unless you don’t mind being thought of as a hermit. Hmmm….”video hermit”. I guess that could be a thing.
